CONFIRMATION POLICIES

Reservation Deposit

For FITs, Groups, and Charters, a non-refundable 20% deposit of the invoice total is required within 8 business days from the booking date. Only when this deposit is received, the booking is considered confirmed.

If no deposit is received within 8 business days, the spaces on hold will be released.

Final Payment

FITs must complete their final payment (80% balance) at least 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.

Groups (10 travelers or more) and charters must complete their final payment (80% balance) at least 120 days prior to the cruise departure date.

If the payment is not received by this deadline, spaces can be offered to other travelers and deposits will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

For FITs:

Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the cruise departure date, only the deposit will be withheld.

Cancellations made between 59 – 0 days before the cruise departure date, full payment will be withheld.

For Groups (10 travelers or more) and Charters:

Cancellations made 121 or more days prior to the cruise departure date, only the deposit will be withheld.

Cancellations made between 120 – 0 days before the cruise departure date, a penalty of 100% will apply.

Any increments in fuel, airport taxes, etc above 2% from the cost of the cruise, will be covered by the passenger as a Fuel Surcharge to be announced by Via Natura.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & TRAVEL INSURANCE

All reservations, modifications, and/or cancellations must be sent to your sales representative via email. No verbal confirmations, modifications, or cancellations will be accepted. Please note rates and policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of changes in policies all confirmed bookings as well as new ones will be readjusted accordingly.

We strongly recommend passengers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy for protection from any potential loss before/during your trip. Our company will not be responsible for any financial disappointment caused by reasons beyond our control and no refunds or partial refunds will be given for late cancellations or no shows.
