• Snorkeling equipment is available in average sizes onboard complimentary.
• Wetsuits are available at different sizes complimentary, on a first comes first served basis
• Kayaks and standup paddle boards are available complimentary
• Cooking and cocktail lessons are complimentary
• Passengers can open a tab for their bar and boutique consumption.
• Tabs must be settled the last night of the cruise in Us dollars and in cash.

To ensure the seamless start and conclusion of your once-in-a-lifetime Galapagos Cruise expedition, booking the operational flights directly through our company is mandatory. Our flights are precisely timed to align with the yacht’s itinerary, ensuring you maximize your time in the archipelago and avoid logistical disruptions.

Please be aware of the following conditions for independent flight arrangements:

• Policy & Penalty: A fee of USD 50 will be applied if you use flights other than those booked through our operations. Note that flight rates and schedules are determined by the airlines and are subject to change.
• Time Alignment: Our cruise itinerary is built around our operational flight schedule.
  • Early Arrivals: Should your flight land before our group’s scheduled flight, you’ll be required to wait at the Galapagos airport for the rest of the group to arrive before transfers begin.
  • Late Arrivals: If your flight lands after our scheduled flight, you may incur additional transport costs to reach the yacht independently.
• Return Journey: These time alignment conditions also apply to your return flight to Quito or Guayaquil.
• Excursion Guarantee: By booking independent flights, you assume the risk of missing initial or final excursions. We cannot offer compensation or reimbursement for any excursions missed due to flight times that do not match our coordinated cruise itinerary.
