Baltra Island / Santa Cruz Island

Arrival at Baltra airport. Reception and assistance. Shared Bus transfer time about 10 minutes to Itabaca Channel. Transfer by ferry to the island of Santa Cruz (10 minutes of travel). Leisure time at the hotel.

DAY 2

Sailing daily tour

Sailing daily tour (North Seymour, South Plaza, Bartolome or Santa Fe Islands)

After breakfast transfer to the pier to take boat for a shared daily tour to North Seymour, Plazas Island, Bartolome or Santa Fe islands. The island to visit depends on the itinerary for the particular day of travel.

DAY 3

Santa Cruz

Giant tortoises / Charles Darwin Station

We will stop in highlands of Santa Cruz where you will visit a Giant Tortoise Reserve for an easy hike to observe Giant Tortoises in their natural habitat. In the afternoon visit to The Charles Darwin Research Station where you’ll learn firsthand, the conservation and research efforts in the Galapagos Islands. See the tortoise hatchlings and breeding programs which are saving several races of tortoises from extinction.

At Sea
